Order Processing
We process all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Transit Times & Carriers
We partner with leading national carriers—including USPS, UPS, and FedEx—to deliver your order safely and efficiently. After dispatch, please allow 3–5 business days for your package to arrive. The final carrier is chosen based on package size, destination, and the fastest delivery option available.

Tracking & Delivery Issues
Once a package is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer. We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
